I emptied the rain gauge this morning with 0.55" from two showers we had yesterday (one in the afternoon and the other around dinner time).
I still believe there ought to be an ordinance that every home sprinkler system should be installed with a moisture sensor. I saw two of my neighbors with sprinklers going this morning.
